Provide entrepreneurs access to educational events, networking opportunities, and most importantly help to keep the lights on.

This is for those that know that starting a business is not a 9-5 gig and are willing to put in the extra time and hours to get their venture off the ground.

Free Access to Hub hosted classes

One hour of mentorship a month from a staff SME (Subject Matter Expert)

You will be assigned a designated desk space

($750-$1500 Month)

 

Designated office space where you can really get all things organized

Priority on use of conference room

Entry Key fob for 24/7 access (for business only)

Named a sponsor at one of the LCTH business events

Once weekly mentorship from a staff SME (Subject Matter Expert)

  • Conference Room 1: Seats 24
  • Chairs

  • Projector and Large Monitor
    • $50 per hour/$350 whole day

* Day pass to facility included with rental of any conference room

1-Day Access ($25)

  • 1-Day access for people interested in the co-working space experience.
  • Access will be available from 10am-4pm.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited
  • No firearms allowed on premises
